The BBC Has Been Caught In The Act… Again!!
Recently the world was once again exposed to the propaganda tactics of the BBC. The deceptive and misleading splicing of President Donald Trump’s speech on 6th January 2021 by the BBC staff working in the Newsnight and Panorama teams was the latest BBC scandal to be revealed.
Resignations, But No Responsibility
Heads rolled, Director General Tim Davie and BBC News CEO Deborah Turness resigned. But would the BBC actually reform? Would it actually take responsibility for its actions and seek to actually become a bastion of truth and light as it claims to be?
Further to writing and publishing our open letter to President Donald J. Trump, we wrote to all members of the BBC Board, the BBC Executive Committee and the BBC Editorial Standards Committee. We wrote in our ongoing efforts for seeking truth, justice and compensation for the victims of BBC tyranny.
Since sending this to BBC leadership, we have seen the public announcement of the resignation of BBC Non-Executive Director Shumeet Banerji. We have, however, received no reply to this email in any form.
This is once again proof that the BBC doesn’t care about truth when it comes to its broadcasts about British citizens. Instead it requires the threat of a $1bn+ lawsuit from a US President to extract any form of apology, let alone compensation for damages caused.
In line with public accountability and transparency, we are publishing the letter sent to the BBC leadership that also informs them of our open letter to President Trump.

Dear BBC Leader
1. Purpose of this Letter
You are receiving my first open letter to President Donald J. Trump in your capacity as someone in a senior leadership position at the BBC.
I have written this open letter on the back of extensive and repeated efforts of myself and my team at Lighthouse Global for more than three years to negotiate a full and comprehensive right to reply to the hundreds of provably false and defamatory claims made in the BBC’s production ‘A Very British Cult‘.
2. The BBC’s Slanderous Lies, Deception & Malevolent Intent Towards Lighthouse
As I have explained to President Trump in my open letter, what BBC journalist Catrin Nye and her team have done to us at Lighthouse is over seventy times worse in scale and severity than what was done to President Trump. The patterns, methods and intent are near identical, yet the wrongdoing inflicted upon us, exponentially more egregious.
It is damning that it takes the threat of a $1bn+ lawsuit from the President of the United States for the BBC to even attempt an apology for its blatant efforts to destroy the reputations of political opponents through deliberate deception.
3. Global Political Attention & Public Scrutiny
This open letter has also been sent to JD Vance, Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and other senior figures in both the United Kingdom and the United States. The gravity and public importance of this matter warrant the highest levels of political and public scrutiny.
4. Our Evidence & Commitment to Justice
We stand firmly on the right side of truth. We have hundreds and thousands of pages of evidence that expose the tyrannical abuse of the BBC’s reach and resources, funded by forced licence fee payers in the UK.
We will be offering our full support to any legal action brought by President Trump. Our purpose is clear: to ensure that every single citizen wronged by the BBC is found, protected, offered the opportunity to be healed, and compensated. And we will find them.
5. The Fight for Reform, Accountability and Compensation
Until now, our only limitation has been reach. This will no longer be the case. We will never relent in the fight for truth, justice, compensation and systemic reform! We will do whatever is necessary to expose the BBC’s institutional corruption, moral bankruptcy, and malevolent intent to the world, which is fairly described as ‘The BBC Savile Syndrome’.
6. Forthcoming Class Action Against the BBC
As we have informed Tim Davie in numerous open letters to him on public platforms, we are in the process of initiating a Class Action against the BBC. This is to ensure that:
- Every UK licence fee payer is compensated for being deceived and lied to for decades.
- Every victim of sexual abuse, including sexual offences involving children, is compensated.
- Every individual whose reputation has been destroyed by the BBC is restored and compensated.
- Every child and family harmed, divided or devastated by the BBC’s lies, manipulation and corruption receives justice.

9. The Focus Will Be on Personal Accountability, & Not Just the Institution
You have a duty, in your position of public trust, to do everything within your power to ensure justice, expose wrongdoing, and uphold the standards expected of a national broadcaster. That duty does not extend to covering up failures, enabling misconduct, or allowing institutional walls to shield individuals from accountability. Inaction or avoidance will no longer be tolerated, and neither will they protect you from personal accountability. Act, or be acted upon!
The era of hiding behind institutional walls and cover-ups is over.
The time for full exposure, reform and compensation has arrived!

It’s very telling that these so-called leaders of the BBC were unable and unwilling to take responsibility and apologise when the splicing of Donald Trump’s speech was revealed… both live on air on Newsnight and then subsequently in a Panorama programme.
Given the significant number of scandals (and just those we know about in the public domain), along with all these so-called reviews and investigations that have been announced, you would think that the standards would improve.
Well, that’s the ideal, but the reality is that the culture of the BBC is rotten! Resignations alone aren’t enough, there needs to be truly regenerative reform of the people and the culture from the leadership to the ground and back again.
Ironically the work of personal transformation is what we’ve been investigating at Lighthouse for 21+ years. The work that the BBC and its people need the most, is actually the the work that Catrin Nye and her team have been trying to destroy for the last 3-4 years… and they even call it boring too!

It isn’t a surprise the BBC has yet to reply to our email, there is not one ounce of integrity or honour in the fabric of this organisation…but the fabric is also rotting, fraying and falling apart all on its own….
This is just typical of the BBC, they expect the public to respond to their threats of legal action for non payments of licence fees, but when it comes to the public requesting a response to complaints or requesting answers, SILENCE….
Citizen intervention will enable so many who feel unheard, who have so much to say, to be b able to say it.

After all this the BBC doesn’t respond!!! It’s just telling how corrupt they really are; they’re not as they like to present themselves as bastions of truth. No, no, no, they’re not, they’re something very much different, something very much uglier and heinous. I think this is what’s important, to be show the truth, how BBC really are…well done.

Victor Melleney – BBC Panorama Director and Question Time Panellist: Possession of 832 images of child sexual abuse. His trial was during COVID, and Judge Simon Bryan used that as an excuse to spare him any jail time.
Ben Thomas – BBC Wales Presenter and Reporter: 40 counts, including sexual activity with children, indecent assaults, and voyeurism against 33 victims.
Stuart Hall – BBC TV and Radio Presenter: Indecent assaults on 13 girls aged 9–17.
Rolf Harris – BBC Presenter: 12 counts of indecent assault on four girls aged 7–16.

Tony Wadsworth – BBC Radio Presenter: Indecent assaults on underage boys and outraging the public.

Mark Page – BBC Radio 1 Presenter: Arranging child sex offences via Skype (2016–2019), targeting children as young as 12 in the Philippines.
Peter Rowell – BBC Radio Presenter: 12 counts of indecent assault on five girls under 16, plus making and possessing indecent images.
Dave Lee Travis (birth name: David Griffin) – BBC Radio 1 DJ and Presenter: Indecent assault on a female researcher.
Niven Sinclair – BBC Chauffer: Sinclair was paid millions of pounds to run a chauffeur service for the BBC from the late 1970s until at least 2006. Sinclair is a convicted paedophile for a series of crimes, including raping a child at gunpoint.
Adam Britton – BBC Zoologist and Animal Expert: 56 charges relating to bestiality and animal cruelty of dozens of dogs in Australia. He also pled guilty to four counts of accessing child abuse material.
David Mundy – BBC sound engineer: Possession of over 58,000 indecent images of children, including 2,500 Category A (most extreme on the government’s ‘Sexual Offences Definitive Guideline’ used in categorisation and sentencing).
Jimmy Savile (Alleged Offences), the DPP never investigated during his lifetime – BBC Children’s Show Presenter:
214 recorded criminal acts, including 126 indecent assaults and 34 rapes/penetrations.
Sexual abuse of at least 589 victims (primarily female, aged 5–75; with roughly 80% of the victim pool comprising underage victims), including one known boy.
Grooming and assaults took place in BBC studios, schools, care homes and hospitals; allegations of necrophilia.
How little do we know and how little do the BBC call themselbes out if at all. This is shocking and we pay for it.
100% and these crimes are only the ones in the public domain that we know about. Meanwhile the BBC will be all too quick to demonise people and organisations for doing far less than they’ve done themselves!
It’s shocking to see how little responsibility the BBC takes for their actions and how they continue to deceit and want to destroy people.
They make some surface level changes when being threatened by a president and
with a billion-dollar lawsuit, but no real change happens. When ordinary citizens demand truth and accountability they ignore it and continue with their business as usual. This open letter shows their deception and denial that can’t be ignored any longer. It’s crucial that we come together and fight for justice, either the BBC reforms at its core, or it must be shut down!
This open letter is powerful — and honestly, it’s about time someone said it this plainly. The BBC can’t claim to represent truth and public trust while dodging serious questions and shutting down accountability. People deserve answers, not silence. When leaders refuse to engage, it speaks volumes. I really hope the Board has the courage to face this, own what needs owning, and rebuild trust instead of hiding behind their status. This matters too much to ignore.

It is time we took this heinous organisation to task. It simply cannot keep doing this to people. The British public, and others such as those in the United States, are growing sick of the lies and cheating they commit. Reform or die, there is no other choice for the BBC.
The image that the BBC want us to believe, and who they actually are, are two very different things.
They want us to believe they are a moral beacon, a reliable bastion of truth and family friend that you can trust.
The reality is that they will lie to your face while stealing money directly from your back pocket and sending you grandmother to prison, because she prioritised heating over the TV licence.
The people at the BBC, believe that they are above the law because of some undefined ‘in the public interest’ get-out-jail-free-card and The BBC believe they can get away with the crimes as listed by Damoclies below.
If The BBC was any other organisation, with this list of crimes that stretch right up to the top echelons of the organisation, they would be shut down permanently.
Justice, Compensation and Reform are absolutely needed now.
